Monthly General Meeting ~ Monday April 8th, 2024

There is a lot happening in the Woman’s Club of Fullerton.

Program: Speaker Kari Woodson
Symptoms and Remedies of Menopause
Kari is certified as a Menopause Coaching Specialist and she will talk about the symptoms and remedies of menopause. This may be of interest to our membership and since most of the members are in the age range for menopause to stare – 45-55 – and symptoms such as hot flashes can start a decade earlier than the actual beginning of menopause. Should be an interesting presentation

We begin with our Happy Thought Introduction:
Bring a dollar or two (optional) and tell us what you are happy about. Guests are not required to contribute, but are encouraged to share their happy thought(s), (no pressure).

Opportunity Drawings:
Bring a few extra bucks for a chance to win some fun prizes (optional)
Bring a guest to the meeting for the special prize drawing

Future Programs:
May 13 General meeting will be Celebrating WCOF, and will not include a speaker.
June 10 General meeting will be Intro to the new Board and Chairs, Vision and Charity of the year.
 July 8 meeting will be our annual Trivia night/icebreaker.
 August 12 meeting will include Carla Jones and the Zen of Recycling.
